In case of difficulty to install or use the software as described on the present web site, the customer may contact Stelvision, the publisher, and ask for help by e-mail, within a period of 30 days after purchase.
Stelvision commits to answer in 48h (working days) by e-mail. In case of persisting technical problem, Stelvision will provide a software fixing within 15 jours or refund the customer.
Terms and Conditions of Software Use
1. LICENSING. The user license is granted to an individual user, after purchase on the present website
2. COPYRIGHT. Copyright is owned by Stelvision. All copies are under copyright laws. You are not allowed to distribute any activation code neither any copy of a Youpix configuration file including activation information.
3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS. The registering notification, including the activation code or a file containing activation information, is the proof of license to use Youpix and shall be kept by you. You are not allowed to perform retro-egineering on Youpix, nor dissassemble or decompile it.
LIMITED WARRANTY. A limited warranty of 30 days is offered under conditions as expressed above.
EXCLUSION OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY. Stelvision excludes any other explicit or implicit warranty about Youpix. In particular, there is no waranty concerning the suitability to a particular use.
ABSENCE OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Stelvision shall not be considered liable for any damage of any nature (including injury, financial losses, interruptions of activity, loss of data) resulting from using or impossibility to use Youpix, even if Stelvision has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
